• Flexor Pollicis Longus - Anterior Surface between the raidal tuberosity and pronator quadratus
• Palmar Radiocarpal Ligament - anterior edge of the lower end

Attaching Structures as Insertion

• Brachioradialis - Just above the Styloid Process
• Interosseous Membrane of the Forearm - Medial Side along the length
• Pronator Quadratus - Lower Quarter of the Anterior Surface of the Radius
• Pronator Teres - Roughened Oval Area on the Middle of the Lateral Surface
• Supinator - Upper Third Posterior, Lateral and Anterior Aspects
